  • Ingredients & Supplies

    • 10 drops Ravintsara Oil

    • 5 drops Balsam Fir Oil

    • 3 drops Orange Sweet Oil

    • 1 fl oz Jojoba Oil

    • 1 Amber Glass Bottle w/Coned Cap (1 fl oz)

    • 1 Blank Inhaler

    • Your Favorite Diffuser (not provided)

  • Directions

    For the Topical Oil Blend:

    1. Add the essential oils to 1 fl oz of jojoba.

    2. Cap the bottle and shake gently to blend.

    3. Rub the blend on your chest, back, and feet several times daily while sick. Continue use for another week after you have recovered.

    For the Diffuser Blend:

    1. Fill your favorite diffuser with the proper amount of water.

    2. Drop the essential oils directly into the diffuser. Use 5 drops of Ravintsara, 3 drops of Balsam Fir, and 1 drop of Sweet Orange.

    3. Power on your diffuser and breathe in the soothing aroma.

    For the Personal Inhaler Blend:

    1. Drop the essential oils directly onto the wick or cotton of your inhaler (use the same drop count as the topical blend).

    2. Assemble your inhaler.

    3. Breathe deep as you alternate between nostrils.

  • Safety Information

    Safety & Dilution: This blend was created at a 3% dilution. For asthmatics, we recommend gently smelling the caps of each oil before blending to ensure the oils do not cause any negative reaction. A small patch test is also recommend to ensure there is no skin sensitivity.

    Kid Safe: This blend is safe for kids 10 and over.

    Pet Safety: N/A

    Shelf Life: The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.
