Refund policy

We offer free returns for US orders.

At Aromatics International, providing the highest quality products to our customers is our passion, and we want our customers to love our products as much as we do. Something not quite right? Get in touch and we'll pay return shipping costs from the US and issue you a refund for the product ordered. You have up to 45 days to return items to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment if items are unopened; store credit will be granted for opened items. Opened or used items may receive a partial refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue cash refunds for gift cards.

If your retail order arrived damaged we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no cost to you.

We cannot pay for the shipping of returns for orders outside of the United States.

Please note that Bulk items or Aromahead Kit orders are not eligible for free shipping promotions. Please note that Bulk orders or Aromahead kits are not eligible for returns, replacements, exchanges or refunds. If for any reason you feel that there is a quality issue with your bulk oil or Aromahead kit then please notify our team within 10 days of delivery and send a small sample back for testing. For Aromahead kits with a defective product we will send you a replacement item for any specific products that do not meet your expectations.
